This magnificent RE-CREATED ARTIFACT is the work of the sons of late Cherokee artist Jeff BlueWater. (Jeff pass away 2 years ago just as he was teaching his sons his craft.) "Golden Eagle" headdress with traditional beading, horse hair accents and Pheasant feather scull cap. (“Golden Eagle” feathers are painted turkey feathers.
