When you register at the White Buffalo website, in accordance with the policy in this statement, we will respect your privacy. We will never give or sell your user information to a third party. The information you provide us is used to help personalize product information and offers for you.
We only e-mail customers who choose to be on our newsletter list. If at any time you would like to be taken off, simply reply to the e-mail with the word "REMOVE" as the subject and you will be taken off immediately.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
If for any reason the item you ordered doesn't meet your expectations, we will be happy to refund or exchange it for you. Return the item to White Buffalo within 10 days of purchase in the original packaging. Please use a secure method of shipping. We cannot issue a refund if your item is lost or damaged in transit. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your ORIGINAL or RETURN shipping charges. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
We offer UPS shipping for most items. Using our convenient checkout calculator, you can choose options varying from GROUND to OVER NIGHT delivery. Other items such as FURNITURE that are too large or too heavy to UPS need to be addressed on an individual basis. Please call or e-mail with your inquiries. We will work to find the best shipping solution.
Orders are processed within 48 business hours of receipt.
All orders are subject to credit authorization and address verification.
For your protection UPS will require a customer signature upon delivery
