RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
In-store purchases: exchange or store credit within 30 days of sale. Must have receipt.

Online purchases: if the item you ordered doesn't meet your expectations and is unused, we will refund or exchange it for you. Return the item to White Buffalo, 10116 Donner Pass Rd., Truckee, CA. 96161 within 10 days of purchase in the original packaging. Please use a secure method of shipping. We cannot issue a refund if your item is lost or damaged in the return transit. Shipping charges incurred for the return will not be refunded. The White Buffalo will refund your credit card for the cost of the item including initial shipping costs upon receipt of the unused merchandise.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on final sale items.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

We ship  UPS and USPS shipping for most items. If you require overnight, 2^nd or 3^rd day UPS shipping please call the White Buffalo (530) 587-4446 directly to make arrangements. Other items such as lamps or furniture that are too large or heavy will be addressed on an individual basis. Please call or e-mail with your inquiries. We will work to find the best shipping solution.

 Orders are processed within 48 business hours of receipt.

All orders are subject to credit authorization and address verification.
